Under the patronage and with the generous presence of His Excellency the Minister of Public Health and Population, Prof. Dr. Qasim Mohammed Bahibah, and a group of active partners in Yemen interested in supporting and developing digital health based on DHIS2 technology, the General Directorate of Health Information and Research launched the process of assessing the maturity profile of the DHIS2 health information system platform.
During the event, we at the Health Information Systems Program (HISP MENA) presented a technical overview and explanation of the importance, objectives, methodology, and key areas covered by the assessment.
The most important outcome is the production of a roadmap document for developing and enhancing investment opportunities in DHIS2 technology for the Ministry of Health in Yemen and its international and local partners.
